His voice was a shadow, a velvet breath of a whisper against the delicate shell of her ear...

Jane felt his hands close around her arms, like the jaws of a trap, inexorable, unstoppable. Irresistible.

"Whether you come willingly or not..."

She tried, in vain, to calm the frantic beat of her heart, as she was pulled back against a leather-clad chest, heartless, soulless and utterly without mercy.

"You will be mine, and mine alone. Do you understand?"

Loki's question was no question, and as Jane felt the jaws of his trap close around her, she had no need for understanding. She was his.

She did not need to see the triumphant, wicked smirk upon his lips, as Loki pressed his hungry mouth to the exposed planes of her neck. She felt it all too keenly, all too hotly as she sank back into the arms of a devil.

Only one word more trembled from her lips.

"Yes."

Just a little something I did after listening to Tom Hiddleston narrating 'The Red Necklace' where that quote comes from, not to mention seeing the Avengers for the fourth time today.

Might turn into a oneshot one day, when exams are over and I've finished 'At The Beginning'. Actually, it probably will .
